| Application to Kansas is in the mail. Hurray! There are lots of things to do there, surprisingly enough. An international service organization's headquarters, L'Arche house for people with and without disabilities, and a school. Just gotta afford train tickets to STL every now and then. | | |
| This evening, I met some people I'll live with for the next year. Last evening, I worked as a paid employee at Judevine for the final time in awhile. I'll miss some things, but have lot to look forward to. How is everyone else? I hope to talk with you soon | | |
| Today at work, I noticed how much the city has changed over night. The power was out at home, too, yeah, but the streets were really messy too after a big storm hit. Thankfully, the kids I work with are adaptable and patient in searching for places to eat and get air conditioning. Now, I'm using wireless or whatever it's called from my roommate's computer. Anyway, nothing much new besides the city news. | | |
| Hi. Just thought I'd write to see what people are up to. Things are good lately. I went to the African Arts Festival and had so much fun last weekend. Ah, three day-weekends.
That's all. I like work. Life is good. | | |
| Hi! I'm at the library on my last day as a Webster student. I am going to miss the place- they're the ones that gave me the chance to see Mexico-which is pictured here. Isn't that hilarious? Well, my family's in town, so I'll just hurry up my butt outta here to see them.
